Your Journey to Wellness Starts Here

Do you feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed in your own life?

Do you feel like if you could just change that *one* thing, your life could change?

Does your relationship make you feel isolated, even with the one you love most?

These are all normal questions people find themselves asking at some point in their lives.

Counseling Services

I offer empathetic & evidence-based psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, & families of all ages, backgrounds, & abilities. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, offer empathetic listening, and facilitate individual and relational growth. I want all of my clients to feel empowered and never shamed in this space. I guide my practice by using a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to therapy.

I have over two years of experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, OCD, neurodiversity, and body image issues/ disordered eating. I offer couples, families, & premarital counseling. I allow family members to join sessions, as my clients see fit. I also implement feminist-informed approaches when working with both men & women’s issues. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ populations and concerns related to gender identity & sexuality.

About Me & What to Expect

I graduated with both for my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia. My degrees include a Master of Social Work (MSW), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (B.S.), and a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT). I am currently a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and I am in the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am under the supervison of Tim Sweatman, LCSW.

As a therapist, I often use a person-in-environment perspective, which looks into all the important systems that makes us who we are, including families, communities, and cultures. I incorporate evidence-based interventions into practice, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), expressive arts practices, Gottman counseling for couples, and mindfulness-based exercises.

I offer 30 minute & 60 minute sessions, both telehealth and in-person. My pricing is $60 for 30 minutes and $120 for 60 minutes. I charge a $50 late, non-refundable fee (cancel day-of) and no-shows.
